Dog Obedience Class

We can help you teach your dog how to successfully live with you and your family. Some of the behaviors we work on are sit, lay down, stay, wait, walk nicely on a leash, and come. We will help you train your dog not to jump and when it is okay to bark. If time allows we can also teach the dogs a few tricks like roll over and shake hands.

The classes are one hour per session and there are eight sessions. Individual sessions at Countryside or at your home are also available, please call or email us for more details. The first session we do not bring the dogs as we are going over basic dog care and training information.

The supplies that are required for class are some smelly, yummy treats, a flat leash and collar, comfortable clothes and a dog with a good appetite! All dogs are required to have Distemper, Rabies and Bordetella vaccines prior to class unless they are too young. This protects all of the dogs present, yours and the person next to you.
